End of school

This week has been a blur and yes it's only Tuesday.
Yesterday was our schools Field Day, an all day event of running around playing games and seeing who is the fastest kid in the school. I love helping out with the kids' school things so of course I was head of the racing games. Both of my boys did very well with their races. Bradley was extra good he took second fastest of the school to a 5Th grader mind you he is only in 3rd grade. Just short of winning by a simple 6 inches . He has to get his running from his dad.
Then today I got to go and help out for Bradley's class field trip , we went to see the titanic at the museum in Idaho Falls. It was very interesting. The kids all had fun. I think their favorite part was touching the iceberg display and seeing how cold it was in the water, then they each got a boarding pass as we entered with a name of a person and facts about them that were on the ship. At the end of the tour they had a list of survivors and a list of the people who didn't make it. So each kid got to see if the person they were was a survivor or not. In all it was a lovely day.
Last week I was able to go with Dustin on his field trip to the Zoo , that was fun as well. We also went to Reeds Dairy to look at all the cows and have ice cream. Being where we live you'd think most of the kids would be use to the smell of cows but wow were they screaming and holding their noses from the smell. It was kinda funny. They enjoyed the ice cream the most I think.
So in all the last month of school I believe for me is the busiest month of them all. But it's also the most fun as well.
