It's a CHARLIE BROWN Christmas!

This Year for Christmas some of our good friends talked us into going Christmas Tree hunting in the mountains. It was an adventure to say the least. But It sure was fun. This was our first time ever having a real tree in our house, because I usually put up my fake one. The kids enjoyed hiking around and hanging out with the other kids. And Daniel and our Friend Trevor got some pretty good exercise in climbing the mountain to get the one tree they thought would be the best. Despite the wives, Jenni and I, trying to talk them into something closer and not so hard to get to. But men being men they climbed the mountain for us.

This is the kids hiking around the mountain in search for the perfect tree.

Dustin taking alittle break while watching Dad hike the mountain on the other side of the cliff.

You see that little black spec on the Bottom by the creek? Well that would be Daniel , he went down the cliff through the creek and then had to head up the other side of the mountain in search for the perfect tree.

This is Daniel, Trevor , Bridger , and Coda our dog. Even she had a hard time climbing up the other side.

This would be Daniel after cutting the tree down and bringing it back up to where we were so we could take it back to the truck.
Our Beautiful CHARLIE BROWN Christmas tree.
After our adventures hike through the mountains we stopped in for some yummy pizza and a couple cold ones. Daniel was alittle worn out to say the least after his nice long hike.

Our friends Jenni and Trevor.

Bradley and Brooklyn enjoying some delicious pizza.
Our beautiful CHARLIE BROWN Christmas tree. It's wasn't decorated all the way in this picture. Although it leaves something to be desired it was still a fun time cutting down our own tree. So much fun in fact I think we may just do it again next year. But I don't think I'll let Daniel pick out which tree to cut down. I'm thinking something alittle fuller and not so Charlie Brownish will do.
Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May the New Year bring many blessings and adventures to you all.

VETERANS Day

I wanted to THANK all of the men and women who have served, and who are serving our country! We go through our days some times forgetting all of the sacrifice's that were made for us to be free and enjoy the wonderful things of this country. We should always be thankful for their services, but today is a day to say Thank you. Even though thank you could never be enough for all they have done. My brother in law is serving over in Afghanistan right now, and I've always known the toll it takes on our soldiers but until now it never hit this close to home. My little sister worries about her husband every day, and misses him more then words can say. I wish every family out there enduring this with her the strength to make it through. And hope that every one can come HOME safely. We love you all. And again Thank You so much.

Sir Tubsalot (aka Tubby)

Yup It's official we all have come to. LOVE this monster puppy of ours. So much so that he is now staying with us and not finding a new home. Don't blame it on me, I knew from the moment Dustin seen him he would be begging to keep him, and of course Daniel being the dad that he is would let him stay. A boy needs his dogs right? Ha.
I do have to admit he is pretty darn cute and his personality is awesome. I'm just hoping he doesn't end up crazy psycho like his mom. He is now walking well , almost too well if you ask me because no where is safe with this little dude running around and chewing on things. He it's soft and moist food, he hasn't decided drinking water is ok though. He has proven he is stubborn when it comes to weening him from Tiny. Guess the booby is better then the bowl of water? We are working on it though. He now goes potty outside but still has his moments of oppps and ohhhh Tubby No No's! But we are working on it. He will be 8 weeks on  Friday the 21st , so we have a long ways to go. But we made it with Tiny so I'm sure we will make it with him. Wish us luck on the potty training. And hope you enjoy the new pic's.

His bed! Think he is a little spoiled?

Begging for me to put my feet down so he can bite my toes. He gets really mad when he can't bite your toes. Turd head!

TROJAN Football!

This year Bradley played Sixth grade Grid Kid football. He had the same team as the previous year and has played with most of the other boys for 3 years now. This year they did sooooo well. They improved so much and worked so well as a team. They made it to PlayOffs this year, all though they didn't take it to Championships they still did very well. Throughout the whole Season Bradley made at least 3- 4 touchdowns every game. He did so well. But this year he also got hurt alot. He is so quick on his feet and can blitz so fast that his ankles can't keep up. I got a phone call one night while he was at practice that was enough to scare a mom. I ended up picking him up early from practice and taking him to the doctors office to have an x-ray done on his ankle. It ended up being sprained badly and had to be rested for a long time. He hated not being able to practice but magically was better for the next game, I think he was appearing to be better but wasn't. This year we learned to tape his feet so as you will see it's easy to find Bradley because he is the one with the white feet running around. This year his number was 30. We are proud of how well they did, but would appreciate it if he would hurry and heal with no more doctor visits.

Dustin Got to play 4-5th grade Grid Kid this year. It was his first year of tackle, and he loved it. He is left guard on the O line. And he did so well. He was guarding his guy more often then not while the play was all but done, he wasn't letting that guy get down the field. His coach this year wasn't that wonderful and we were alittle bummed about it but we didn't let it spoil the fun of football for us or him. His team did well, the won 2 games this year and although that wasn't enough to make it to playoffs we are still proud of them, because it was the whole teams first time playing tackle. Next year they will rock I'm sure. Dustin was number 35 this year. In some of the pictures it's hard to tell where he is but look for the 35 and the kid blocking the other guy from crossing the line.

WE ARE SO PROUD OF OUR TROJANS , AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT YEARS FOOTBALL SEASON. BOTH BOYS DID SO WELL.

Update on the PUPPIES

Our baby boy is still growing and faster then ever. It's amazing how much change and growth a puppy goes through during a mir 2 weeks of life. Our little tubby boy  has his eyes open finally , he makes a lot of noises specially when he is upset and wants to eat, he tries to walk which is funny sometimes, he more army crawls but he is attempting to drag those back legs up underneath him so he can walk but his belly is too big. So far he has been doing very well.
Our Baby girl died sadly after the first week. She got sick quickly and there wasn't any thing we could do for her. It's a sad deal but I guess it is what it is.
Now you ask will we ever do this again?
HELL NO! I love our tubby and he is cute n all but he is ALOT of work and I'm not willing to do it again. But I guess it's a good experience to go through so we all could see this little boy grow and how quickly they do so.

12 already

WOW can you believe it .... Bradley is 12 now.
On September 18th Bradley turned 12 , we had a weekend long party for the new "tween" as they call them. He hates the term though.
Saturday he had a whole bunch of his football team come over and hang out. It was crazy but not that bad for me, they had loads of fun.
Then on Sunday we had a family party. Low key with cake and ice cream.

It's hard to believe my little boy is 12 though. Here are a couple pictures from the family birthday party. I wasn't allowed to take pic's with all his friends, not that I could of caught any of them to do so any ways.

Tiny had BABIES (puppies)

This is the baby girl on the left and this is mom and baby boy.

Our English Bulldog had puppies on 9/2/2011. One tubby little boy and one tiny little girl. The little girl has cleft lip and palate with a 40% chance of normal livable life. We have to tube feed her and take care of her ourselves. SO when I say we I really mean now my sister in Law Jayde. She adopted the little girl from us because while I tried I was not able to feed this baby girl like she needed to be. Daniel had a couple days off and was able to feed her those days but I knew full well when he went back to work I would be responsible and knew I couldn't do it.Baby girl is doing well so far but she has a long road ahead of her. Now tubby tub the boy he is doing well Tiny likes to take care of him for the most part but I am still up with him and her every 2 hours morning noon and night. I have to say the 2-5 feedings are the worst because I would really enjoy some sleep right about now.   We wanted to try the breeding thing and see how tough it was really. We'd heard alot about breeding bulldogs and lots of people said it was alot of work and not like normal breeds where the mother dog can take care of the babies with little to no assistance. Um well lets just say they were right ten fold. GEESSS. Taking care of bulldogs in general when they are older isn't bad but when they have puppies it's tough. It's worse then taking care of a baby for me. Tiny is a good mother and she really tries to do well but she is so big and fat it's hard for her to control her body so she tends to sit on the babies while she is getting ready to feed them, there are also times where she will get tired of taking care of them ei. feeding bathing you know the motherly duties and she'll just roll them off the blanket or pillow they are on or she'll just walk off like ok  thats enough. We try to keep little man warm with heating pads and what not but when we lay him on the floor with mom, even if she is frying hot, she will steal their heat. I swear if it wasn't for the cuteness of the puppies I'm pretty sure I'd give up. But I will say hats off to the people who have made this a big thing for them, because taking care of them is not easy. We are now on day SIX and I've been told it's still tough til 4 weeks old but it is "suppose" to get easier when they open their eyes and can move alittle better.
We will keep every one posted on how well they mom and both babies are doing. And hopefully by 8 weeks we will have a little dude to give up for adoption and let him head to a new home.

Every thing that's happened since the 4th of JULY.

This is how our summer has finished it's self off in the Hahn House.
Bradley got braces finally to help move some teeth so some new ones  can grow in.  He did really well when he got them, and for the most part they have not bothered him at all. He's alright with them because most of his other friends will be getting them soon as well.

This summer the boys have been doing alot of work. But happily doing it because they are being paid. We got a hay field this year to take care of the boys get to move water. Since we flood arrogate the field the boys get to go out on their own in the bobcat. They've been doing this numerous times that it became a habit of not worrying too much when they head out seeing as it's just down the road from us. Well last weekend they went in the bobcat with the neighbor kids to check the water because the neighbors are also in on the field with us. Well Bradley took his dirt bike and Dustin took the bobcat with the neighbor kids. Brooklyn was driving and Dustin was in the passenger seat , while yes Bridger was in the back of the bobcat in the bed. Apparently Brookie was driving on her side of the road and the trees are very over grown on the road. Well a branch hit the window of the bobcat and shattered it, when it did so she froze up and Dustin trying to save them from going in the ditch on his side jerkedd the steering wheel alittle to hard and took them into the other ditch on the other side. When they hit the borrow pit they flipped on their side. Thank god every one was alright. Poor Bridger in the back was trapped under the bobcat bed for a minute but the other two were smart enough and thought without panicking to pull it off of him. It only got his shin but he was alittle sore with out any thing broken. I'm pretty sure some one was watching after them that day and thank god too.

Also this year a new little addition was added to the family. Daniel's dad Mike and his girlfriend had a beautiful Baby GIRL named Jintry. We are so happy to have her in our family. Specially me because now I can get my baby fix without those late night feedings and constant diaper monitoring.

Bradley wasn't quite sure what to do when he held her in the hospital so if he looks alittle scared in this picture he probably is.

Daniel was more the comfortable with holding her. I personally think he looks handsome with a baby in his arms. I love the smile he gives every time he sees her. I asked him the other day when we seen her again if he missed having a baby around and he admitted that at times he does, but not the late nights. I agree honey.

Dustin was alittle more comfortable with the baby then Bradley but still was alittle scared he might hurt her. He held her for the duration of the picture that I and his grandpa took then asked if I would take her. He too now says that he wouldn't mind having a cute little baby around.
Dustin started Grid Kid FOOTBALL this year. He was totally stoked on the first day they got to practice in football. He has done so well too. He plays offensive tackle for the most part when his coach is being nice. I'm not too impressed with his coach and I'm hoping with the bad coaching it doesn't jade him and make him never wanna play again. ( Which I'm pretty sure it won't ). Both boys have been practicing for a month now. They both have played 2 games now. Dustin's team being all new players hasn't won any games yet but they sure are improving on their skills. Bradley's team lost their first one against a pretty hard team but Bradley scored the touchdown in that game , and his team played last night and one Bradley of course made all 3 touchdowns for the night. We are so proud of these boys they are doing so well and giving it 100% of all they got. (sadly enough I haven't taken a picture of Bradley in his football uniform because 1 I don't have my good camera every time we head out and 2 he hates his picture taken.)
For our summer get away we decided to take the kids to SLC and do some back to school clothes shopping. We haven't had much time around here and it was close enough and fairly cheap that we figured it to be a good idea. Plus we got our check from Hay! We stayed in Park City for a night and got this beautiful HUGE hotel room. We were difinitly on the off season because this room only cost us, $175. See for your self how great it was......

The bathroom. Please don't mind the mess.

The living room/dinning area.

The balcony with YES a hot tub. It was awesome to have a break for a weekend and enjoy family. Our friends also went with us and shared a joining room which was great because their kids and our kids are good friends. I'm pretty sure every one had a great time. We have now decided that this will become our yearly back to school retiual.

And that there is our summer.

And this well this is back to school. It's hard to believe it but I'm pretty sure we worked our summer away. The boys started back to school on the 31st of August and they couldn't wait to get back.
This is Dustin in the care ready to head out to school.

This is him at the house excited as all can be. He is now in 4th grade. I swear one of these days I will make them stop growing . Ha ha ha !

This is Bradley ready to go to MIDDLE SCHOOL yes you heard me right middle school he is now in SIXTH grade. It makes me feel so old to say that. He too was excited to get back to school so he could see all his friends and all the "new GIRLS"! Oh no we might be in trouble here soon.

Call me a little Bias because I am their mother but if you ask me I think they are some handsome young men.

This is Bradley in the car ready to catch his connecting bus to the middle school he is too grown now to have me take him to his first day of school. I swear when did they grow up on me any ways. I could of sworn they were babies in my arms just yesterday.
Now I'm sitting at home all alone plus the dog. We are waiting for her to have her puppies here in the next couple days so pretty soon I will be back to being busy with limited breaks in between. Wish us luck on the puppies. This picture is of her dressed in the boys' clothes they thought she needed them. Silly kids.
