Yes it's true , the end of the school year is getting near.
The boys have one more week and then they are out for summer vacation. And they couldn't be more excited.
During the last month of school it's always so busy , with field trips for each boy and field day for the entire school my schedule is no longer stay at home mom.
I love helping out with the boys' school when ever it involves doing things with them.
So this year Bradley's class went to the Rendevous in Rigby to go along with their Idaho History lesson. Bradley was very into learning his Idaho history I think it was his very favorite lesson of them all.
Although it was a cold day and we had to walk around and learn about every thing OUTSIDE, it was a fun field trip to tag along with.
Dustin's class was able to go to BYU-I to the planetarium and learn about Space. He has now decided rather then being a Marine ( which I was totally against ) , he wants to be a Astronat ( my spelling is awful sorry ) . After the planetarium we went to the green house and learned alittle more. I think the best part of the day for me was sitting in the park eating our lunches and enjoying the kids gabbing away about every thing. Dustin's class is very talkative and I love listening to their stories. =)
It was a fun field trip as well.
Then a few days later they had their field day. Where we spend ALL day outside and lucky enough it was a beautiful day for it. With temps in the upper 70's who could complain. Oh wait my shoulders could he he because silly me I forgot the most important thing for the day, SUN SCREEN.
Bradley and Dustin did very well and had lots of fun. Bradley of course is and has been in the past one of THE fastest kids in the SCHOOL. Yes I said SCHOOL. This kid should be on the track team in high school but I would be surprised if he does , because his passion is FOOTBALL. I'm so proud of my two young men. They do so well with every thing they do and have passion for.
Now in one week I will feel even older because I will have a 5th grader and a 3rd grader on my hands. Oh the joys of getting old.

Vegas Trip 2010
It wasn't our first and sure as hell won't be the last.
For our 11th anniversary Daniel and I decided to take a mini vacation ( weekend ) trip to Las Vegas or better known as Sin City.
The boys stayed with my mother in law ( thanks to her ) and we headed out on Thursday with plans of not returning until Sunday night and hopefully some what sober.
We were drunk the whole time yes, but isn't that what Vegas is for?
He He.
My lovely husband got us an awesome hotel room at the Luxor, it was kind of trippy on the elevators because they didn't go just straight up it went diaginal. The room was nice as well.
The first night it was just Daniel and I , so we went to the casino and gambled alittle and drank alot. We also decided to check out the Cathouse in the Luxor, I wouldn't recommend the place it wasn't that great for us. But apparently the bouncer liked me because I got in for free while every one else was paying 10 bucks.
After being out until 4 a.m. we decided to call it a night, because we had plans to meet up with Mike and Amanda ( Daniels Dad and Girlfriend ) and my sister Krystal and her husband Adam the next afternoon.
Friday we were up and going by noon and decided to walk the strip to check things out. WOW my feet were killing me after that, because I'm sure as most of you know the strip is at least 2 miles long and we walked the whole thing.
Drinking all day and playing and gambling took a toll on Daniel and his dad.
Mike was having a hard time walking and we found this random Target basket on the strip so Daniel took him for a "ride", it was a kodak moment I couldn't resist.

After the basket ride Mike decided it was time to call it a night.
So that left Daniel and I and Krystal and Adam to party it up.
But after an hour my sister and Adam couldn't keep up and decided to call it a night as well. Leaving Daniel and I behind. We weren't willing to go to bed til we had to so we headed to LAX. I really didn't wanna get turned down so I was kinda of hesitant on trying to get in ( because they have such a strict dress code ), but Daniel insited cause I really wanted to dance. He is such a good man. Well we got in and danced the night away, I loved this club it was packed and you couldn't walk but it was sooooo much fun. On the way out the bouncer was looking out for me I guess, because he asked if Daniel was husband ?boyfriend? to me and if I was alright to go home with him? LOL.
Funny really. But I guess going out of the club at 4 in the morning does make a person question whether or not the other is alright.
After sleeping in for a long time we were back at it again. I'm thinking weekends like this with little sleep are to be seperated out in the year. But yes I would love to do it again.
In all the weekend was a blast , now it's just hard to get back into the work, normal life ,every day, schedule. Oh and the weather was heaven while we were there, it was nothing like this windy, cloudy ,nasty, crap here in Idaho.
(alittle side note I only took a total of 4 pictures, it's kinda sad really)
